The saga continues.
It’s been a long time coming, but Run The Jewels are back and release their fourth collaborative album, RTJ4.
Due to the current state of affairs, members Killer Mike and El-P have decided to release the album two days early than its initial scheduled release (June 5).
For the fourth installment, they draw inspirations from their hometowns for the triumphant anthem “Yankee & The Brave (Ep.4)” and then continue their victory laps on “Ooh La La” with Greg Nice and DJ Premier. The set which follows their 2016’s RTJ3, includes 11 tracks with guests 2 Chainz, Pharrell Williams, Zack de la Rocha, Josh Homme, and Mavis Staples. The LP is available with a free download on their website here.
Last Friday (May 29), Killer Mike spoke at a press conference along with T.I. regarding the protests and the rioting in his hometown of Atlanta. Run it!
